2nd year member of the college. The motto then was ARDUUS AD SOLEM.The badge was a Falcon siting on a branch. A Mr Turner was one my teachers. I am sorry to hear of his passing.Other teachers were Mr Brooker Mr Holding & Mr Cary was the Headmaster.I spent many a day planting grass on the playing fields and was there when the MCC Touring team played our college in a friendly match on our own playing fields.Peter May hit a six half way to the swimming pool on top of the hill.
