My Profile

I was born in Zimbabwe in 1985, and my passion for sports started early. I attended Falcon College from 1998 to 2003, where I developed a strong foundation in sports performance and leading an active lifestyle. After high school, I went on to the University of Pretoria, earning an Honors degree in Sport Science while also playing high-level rugby.

My rugby career and education opened up opportunities for me to work all over the world as a performance coach and personal trainer. I've had the chance to help athletes and individuals from different backgrounds reach their fitness goals and improve their performance.

Since 2020, I've been based in Dubai, where I continue to work as a personal trainer and performance coach. Here, I focus on training aspiring athletes and executive-level businessmen, helping them achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
